If we decide to move forward together, a Research and Design fee will confirm your trip on my calendar. This fee reflects the time, care, and expertise I put into designing a seamless and memorable travel experience.

Proposal Creation
Once your Research and Design fee is received, I’ll begin working with my trusted partners to design your ideal itinerary. Here’s what you can expect:
Your first proposal will be shared through our custom app, where you’ll find a detailed day-by-day itinerary, and all your essential travel documents in one place.
We’ll review the itinerary together to make sure every detail feels just right. Once you’re completely happy with the plan, I’ll move forward with confirming all the services and fine-tuning any special requests to make your trip truly unforgettable.
Final Documents
About 7-10 days before your trip, you’ll receive your final documents. We’ll update your app with all the key details: pick-up times, spa and restaurant reservations, a packing list, recommended tips, emergency contacts, and everything else to ensure a smooth journey.
While you're traveling, you’ll have 24/7 support from Claudia at the Stamped Passport and our local partners at your destination.
Before you leave, we’ll touch base with our contacts at your hotels to ensure they know you’re our special clients, so you’re well taken care of throughout your trip!
